If you submit our contact form, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and whatever details you choose to include about your project. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you become a customer — to perform the work and file the associated permit. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, and delivered to our business email.
If you call or message the phone number listed on this site, we keep ordinary business records of that contact.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are located, and which links are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. We use this in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Our web host, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs as part of delivering the site.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to use this site or contact us.

Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, where a project proceeds, for as long as our business and permit records require. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics property.
Children
This site is intended for property owners and businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the date above.
