What this is

Allday Fence — Miami-Dade fence, concrete wall and column contractor.

Allday Fence is a licensed Miami-Dade County fence contractor with 20 years of experience, installing residential and commercial fencing, concrete perimeter walls and concrete columns across every municipality in Miami-Dade. We hold Miami-Dade Certificate of Competency #08BS00863 — a specialty scope covering fences plus concrete walls and columns used as fencing, which most fence companies in the county do not hold.

What separates the work is the paperwork. Every install that needs a permit gets one: we pull the property record, file as the contractor of record, engineer to the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone standard that applies at your address, meet the inspector, and close the permit against the property record before handing over the gate keys — so the fence never resurfaces as a problem at resale, refinance, or an insurance claim. Wood, aluminum, PVC, chain link, pool-code barriers, concrete walls and columns. Miami-Dade County only.

Why Allday Fence

More than a fence company.

From property review and permitting to final inspection, we handle the entire process start to finish — so the fence is right, and so is the record behind it.

Licensed contractor since 2008

20 years of experience installing residential and commercial fence across Miami-Dade County. License #08BS00863.

Family-run, South Florida born

Owned and run by the same family on every job — the brother who quotes the work is the brother at the final inspection.

Permit included when required

Not every fence needs a permit — when one does, we pull the property record, file plans and product approvals, and respond to plan review. The permit is part of the job, not an afterthought.

Finaled and closed against the record

Our work doesn't end at install. We schedule the final inspection and close the permit against the property record — nothing left open.

We read the record before we quote

Every quote starts with a MyHausFax™ property review — existing permits, open files, and any violations — so there are no surprises after we break ground.

Residential, commercial, and after-the-fact

New installs, repairs, and storm damage — plus legalizing unpermitted fences, coordinated with our sister company, Permit Solutions Services.

Every project Licensed & insured Miami-Dade County Residential & commercial Permit included Finaled & closed

Every Allday Fence install includes a MyHausFax™ property compliance report — pulled before we break ground so we know exactly what's on the record going in. Measure first. Then build.

Common questions

Common questions before the first call.

Where does Allday Fence install fences?

All of Miami-Dade County — including Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Doral, Hialeah, Kendall, Homestead, Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay, Aventura, and Miami Beach. We work every municipality's permit office directly.

Do you pull the fence permit?

Yes — every Allday Fence install includes the permit. We pull the property record, file plans and product approvals, respond to plan-review correspondence, schedule the final inspection, and close the permit against the property record. Nothing left open.

How long does it take to install a fence in Miami?

Most residential installs take 1–3 days on site once the permit is approved. Permit timing typically runs 2–4 weeks depending on the municipality. We can usually quote within a day or two of getting an address and photos.

What kinds of fence do you install?

Pressure-treated southern yellow pine wood (picket, shadow box, privacy), powder-coated aluminum, PVC / vinyl, galvanized chain link, ornamental steel, and pool-code compliant fences. Plus aluminum refinishing for fences you already own.

How much does a fence cost in Miami?

Fence pricing depends on material, height, linear footage, gates, terrain, and permit complexity. We quote flat-fee after pulling the property record and walking the site (or reviewing photos) — most quotes come back within one business day with permit and inspection costs included.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Allday Fence holds Miami-Dade County CTQB Business Certificate of Competency #08BS00863, issued in 2008. We carry general liability and workers' comp coverage and can provide certificates of insurance to clients, lenders, GCs, or HOAs before the project mobilizes.
